I built Get The Job You Want for graduates who are about to start their job search, or already have and aren't getting the results they expected. Eight guided steps, built entirely from the hiring side of the table. Not career advice textbooks. What actually makes employers sit up and take notice.
When you understand how hiring decisions are actually made, the CV looks different, the cover letter reads differently and the interview feels completely different. That shift in perspective is what this course is built around.

Most career advice tells you what to do. This course tells you how the employer sees it and that changes everything. I cover 8 key areas:
01
Get clear on where you are, where you want to go and why having a clear direction changes everything about how you search.
02
Learn how the job market actually works, not how it's described in theory, so you can navigate it with real confidence.
03
Build a CV that clearly communicates your value to employers and stops landing in the no pile for the wrong reasons.
04
Write applications and supporting statements that feel authentic, targeted and genuinely compelling to those reading them.
05
Use LinkedIn as an active job search tool; building visibility, credibility and real connections with the right people.
06
Prepare with a structured approach that replaces panic with clarity and helps you show up as someone employers want to hire.
07
Handle offers, rejections, and decisions with a clear head – so you choose the right role, not just the first one that comes along.
08
Build the mindset and habits to keep momentum going, because resilience and consistency are part of the strategy.

I'm looking for graduates who are willing to back themselves and put in the work to get hired. If that's you, I want to help you get there.

I've spent three decades on the hiring side of the table. I know how CVs get screened, how interviews are really assessed and why so many talented graduates get overlooked – not because they're not good enough, but because they don't know how the process actually works.
Get The Job You Want is built entirely from that experience. Not from career advice textbooks. Not from what sounds motivational. From what actually makes hiring managers sit up and take notice.
If you are about to start your job search, or already have and aren't getting the results you expected, this course was built for you.
"I've seen what gets graduates hired. I've seen what gets them overlooked. This course exists to close that gap."

Through thought-provoking questions, she builds confidence and expertly enables you to align your abilities to job descriptions, using your experiences to help you sell yourself to employers. She also provides brilliant guidance on handling areas with limited experience, highlighting adaptability and transferable skills. I would have struggled in interviews without Jackie; her unparalleled expertise is a game-changer!"

Honest answers to help you decide if this course is right for you.
It is a self-paced online course I built for UK graduates who are doing everything they were told to do and still not getting interviews or offers. It covers 8 steps: getting clear on your direction, understanding how hiring really works, building a CV that gets read, writing strong applications, using LinkedIn properly, preparing for interviews and what to do after, all from my perspective as someone who spent 30+ years making those decisions.
Most career advice tells you what to do. I tell you how the employer sees it and that changes everything. When you understand how hiring decisions are actually made, the CV looks different, the cover letter reads differently and the interview feels completely different. Everything in this course comes from the hiring side of the table, not from a textbook.
That is exactly who I built this course for. The strategies in it are designed specifically for graduates who are starting out, not experienced professionals changing careers. In my experience, "not enough experience" is almost always a positioning problem, not an actual lack of value. I show you how to fix that.
The course launches publicly in September 2026. Join the waitlist to be first in line when doors open.
You'll be added to the early access list and will be the first to hear when the course opens. Waitlist members will receive an exclusive early access offer not available anywhere else.
The course is self-paced across 8 steps. The first 5 steps cover the core foundations; your CV, applications, LinkedIn and job search strategy and honestly, if you get into it properly you could move through these quite quickly.
Steps 6 to 8 are a bit different. These cover interviews, follow-ups and keeping momentum, so how long you spend on them really depends on where you are in your job search at the time. The more active you are with applications, the more immediately useful these sections become.
Work at a pace that suits you. The more consistently you show up, the faster things tend to move.
