What is the Get The Job You Want Course?
It is a self-paced online course I built for UK graduates who are doing everything they were told to do and still not getting interviews or offers. It covers 8 steps: getting clear on your direction, understanding how hiring really works, building a CV that gets read, writing strong applications, using LinkedIn properly, preparing for interviews and what to do after, all from my perspective as someone who spent 30+ years making those decisions.

When you understand how hiring decisions are actually made, the CV looks different, the cover letter reads differently and the interview feels completely different. Everything in this course comes from the hiring side of the table, not from a textbook.
What if I don't have much experience? Is it still for me?
That is exactly who I built this course for. The strategies in it are designed specifically for graduates who are starting out, not experienced professionals changing careers. In my experience, "not enough experience" is almost always a positioning problem, not an actual lack of value. I show you how to fix that.

How long does the course last?
The course is self-paced across 8 steps. The first 5 steps cover the core foundations; your CV, applications, LinkedIn and job search strategy and honestly, if you get into it properly you could move through these quite quickly.
Steps 6 to 8 are a bit different. These cover interviews, follow-ups and keeping momentum, so how long you spend on them really depends on where you are in your job search at the time. The more active you are with applications, the more immediately useful these sections become.
Work at a pace that suits you. The more consistently you show up, the faster things tend to move.
